Although every session follows a general theme our coaches plan to target specific individuals in sessions to focus on what we can help them with to continue developing as young footballers. As a coaching team we are always challenging ourselves around practice design and reflecting on the outcomes of each session to make sure it’s the best it can possibly be for the most important people involved, the players!
