Inspire Coaching – Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Inspire Coaching. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your relationship with Inspire Coaching Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”). By enrolling your child in any of our football coaching sessions, camps, or school-based programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
 
1. General Information
1.1 Inspire Coaching provides football coaching services to children aged 3 to 16 years through weekly sessions, school partnerships, and holiday camps.
 
1.2 All staff are trained, qualified, and hold enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) checks. We are committed to safeguarding children and promoting their welfare at all times.
 
2. Registration and Booking
2.1 A parent or legal guardian must complete a registration form prior to any child attending a session or camp.
 
2.2 All relevant medical, behavioural, or special needs information must be disclosed at registration. Failure to provide accurate information may result in suspension or termination of services without refund.
 
2.3 Spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
 
3. Fees and Payment
3.1 Fees must be paid in advance for termly sessions or in full at the time of booking for camps.
 
3.2 Payments are non-refundable except in circumstances outlined in Section 7 (Cancellations & Refunds).
 
3.3 Late payments may result in your child’s place being withdrawn.
 
4. Attendance and Conduct
4.1 Children are expected to behave in a respectful and cooperative manner. Disruptive or aggressive behaviour may result in removal from the session or program.
 
4.2 Children must be appropriately dressed for football activities, including proper footwear, weather-appropriate clothing, and a water bottle.
 
4.3 Parents/guardians must ensure children are dropped off and collected promptly at the designated times.
 
5. Health & Safety
5.1 Inspire Coaching takes reasonable care to ensure activities are conducted safely. However, by enrolling your child, you accept that participation in physical activity carries a risk of injury.
 
5.2 In the event of illness or injury, we will administer basic first aid and contact the parent/guardian immediately. Emergency services may be called if required.
 
5.3 We reserve the right to exclude any child who is ill, contagious, or displaying symptoms of illness, in the interest of all participants.
 
6. Safeguarding and Welfare
6.1 All staff are trained in child protection and follow our Safeguarding Policy.
 
6.2 Bullying, discrimination, or any form of abuse will not be tolerated and may result in immediate expulsion from the program.
 
6.3 We are not responsible for children outside of session times. Responsibility for your child remains with you until the designated drop-off time and resumes at collection.
 
7. Cancellations & Refunds
7.1 Cancellations made by you less than 7 days before the session start are non-refundable.
 
7.2 Refunds or credits will not be issued for non-attendance due to illness or holidays.
 
7.3 If Inspire Coaching cancels a session (e.g., due to weather or coach illness), a make-up session or a rearranged session.
 
8. Photos and Media
8.1 From time to time, we may take photos or videos for marketing purposes. You may opt out during registration or by informing us in writing.
 
8.2 No identifying personal information will be used without explicit consent.
 
9. Liability
9.1 Inspire Coaching is insured for public liability and professional indemnity.
 
9.2 We are not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings brought to sessions.
 
10. School-Based Programs
10.1 Where services are delivered within schools, we work in accordance with the school’s safeguarding and behaviour policies.
 
10.2 Parents will be informed of their child’s participation and must still register directly with Inspire Coaching unless otherwise arranged with the school.
 
11. Data Protection
11.1 We comply with the Data Protection Act 2018 and GDPR. Your personal data is used only for administration, safeguarding, and communication.
 
11.2 You may request access to or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
 
12. Amendments to Terms
12.1 We reserve the right to update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on our website or by request.
