A strong emphasis on ball manipulation to improve players confidence and relationship with the ball. Players will have a ball each for a large proportion of the session to practice lots of twists, turns and tricks before putting them into practice with challenges and games set by the coaches to allow them to explore their new skills.
Believe sessions run at 5.00pm every Tuesday for reception / year 1, 5.00pm every Friday for years 1 and 2. Believe sessions last 60 minutes.
